WATER EXPERIENCE

Extensive experience in water systems engineering, design, construction, operation and management. Has served 11 years on both the Castaic Lake and SCV Water Agency Boards.

Maintaining a reliable water supply, addressing PFAS contamination in our local wells, and preventing groundwater over-pumping – all while promoting water conservation, the use of recycled water, and ratepayer protection.

My wife Phyllis and I have made Santa Clarita our home since 1978. We have raised our family here and now feel fortunate to live in this beautiful community.

That’s why I support protecting our local underground water supplies, maintaining and strengthening our imported water supply portfolio, promoting sensible and cost-effective water conservation and recycling programs, and accomplishing SCV Water’s mission of providing a reliable supply of high-quality water at a reasonable cost to the Santa Clarita Valley.
