QUALIFICATIONS TO SERVE ON THE SCV WATER AGENCY BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Gary is a licensed civil engineering professional and a former water system engineering manager with an extensive background in design, construction, and operation of public water conveyance and groundwater recharge systems in Southern California. He has served for eleven years as a Director on the Castaic Lake Water Agency (CLWA) and SCV Water Agency Boards. He is currently President of the SCV Water Agency Board of Directors. He has also served as Vice President of both the CLWA and SCV Water Agency Boards. He serves on the SCV Water Agency Engineering and Operations Committee and the Water Resources and Watershed Committee.
